Ocean View Village
MW Steele Group led a team of consultants to develop a fine-grained mixed-use plan that was entirely consistent with the adopted Precise Plan for the area. In addition to project management, the team carried the project from conceptual design through to project permitting.
Divided into different land use sectors by the Precise Plan, MW Steele Group transformed the 10 acre site, currently used for auto recycling, into a walkable community with paths, canyon views, recreational areas, and access to nearby job and shopping choices. As designed, Ocean View Village will create approximately 145 single family homes, townhomes, and multi-family homes, including on-site affordable units. Additionally, the plan incorporates approximately 40,000 square feet of retail/commercial use as well as 40,000 square feet of office/light industrial use.
