Costa Verde Master Plan
Costa Verde is a 57-acre mixed-use project which includes approximately 2,600 units of multi-family housing in a series of high-rise towers as well as a three and four-story apartment buildings organized around shared courtyard spaces. Also included in the program are a 178,000 square foot shopping center, and a 400-room hotel.
MW Steele Group developed the Specific Plan, the overall urban design plan, and architectural and landscape design guidelines for Costa Verde. Design and construction documents were developed for all infrastructure elements, including streetscape, landscape design, common open space, signage and lighting. MW Steele Group also developed the residential towers through schematic design.
